This page is support for the Quillday journal app on iPhone, iPad, and Android. It is not Land Tech remote desktop or website hosting support.

Put Quillday in the subject. Include your device (iPhone, iPad, or Android) and what you were doing. Do not paste journal pages, photos, API keys, or your backup passphrase.

There is no Quillday account
Entries live on your device. We cannot log in, reset a cloud diary, or remotely delete your pages. To wipe this phone, open Quillday → Settings → Delete all local journals. See the data deletion policy.
Subscriptions
Quillday Plus is billed by Apple or Google. We cannot refund or cancel a store subscription for you.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple subscription settings
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
In the app, use Restore Purchases on the Plus screen or in Settings if you already subscribe on this store account.
Backup and passphrase
If you used an encrypted archive or backup, only your passphrase can open it. Land Tech cannot recover that passphrase or read the file in your iCloud or Drive.
Companion key
An OpenAI or Anthropic key you pasted stays on this device. We never received it. Billing or access problems with that key are handled by OpenAI or Anthropic.
