Quillday Terms

These terms apply to the Quillday iOS and Android apps published by Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. Related: Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

The app

Quillday is a personal journal. Pages, photos, and audio stay on your device unless you export them, or unless Quillday keeps its automatic encrypted copy in your iCloud or Drive — storage that belongs to you, not to us. Land Tech does not host your diary, cannot read that copy, and cannot recover a lost phone. The automatic copy is a convenience, not a guarantee: it depends on your own cloud account and free space, so keep your own export of pages you care about.

Quillday Plus

Optional Plus features are unlocked with an auto-renewable yearly subscription purchased only through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, renewal period, and the total if charged are shown on the paywall when the store product loads, and in your store account.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or wiping local journals does not cancel billing.
  • Restore Purchases is available in the app. We do not sell Plus through a website checkout inside Quillday.

Acceptable use

Use Quillday for your own private journaling. Do not use optional Companion key mode to send someone else’s private notes to OpenAI or Anthropic without their permission.
