CivicAdvice is an AI advice columnist for local news publishers. Readers submit questions; CivicAdvice safety-filters them, generates a persona-tuned column via the WordPress AI Client, and creates a draft for your editors to review before anything goes live.

How it works

1. A reader submits a question via the built-in form shortcode/block or Gravity Forms.
2. Crisis and PII filters run automatically (helpline resources when needed; emails, phones, and addresses stripped).
3. Editors approve submissions in the CivicAdvice queue.
4. AI generates a title, excerpt, and column body tuned to that city’s persona.
5. A draft post is filed for review — you decide when to publish.
