Session Craft SLP Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Session Craft SLP iOS and Android apps published by Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. Related: Privacy Policy.

The app

Session Craft SLP is a local-first helper for school Speech-Language Pathologists. Alias labels, trial tallies, Crisis Log tags, schedule blocks, and drafts stay on your device. Land Tech does not host a caseload database and cannot recover data from a lost phone. Keep your own copies of any text you paste into district systems.

The app is not district IEP software, not a medical record system, and not a substitute for Focus, Skyward, or other official tools. Outputs are clinician-reviewed drafts for you to paste where appropriate.

Zero-PII expectation

You agree not to enter student legal names, student IDs, dates of birth, school identifiers, Medicaid numbers, or other information that identifies a child. Use aliases and room / group labels only.

Acceptable use

Use Session Craft for your own professional workflow on devices you control. Do not use the app to store or transmit protected student records in violation of FERPA, district AUP, or your license rules.

Optional Plus (if offered)

If Session Craft Plus is sold, it will unlock only through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Price and renewal terms appear on the paywall when the store product loads. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or wiping local data does not cancel billing.

Disclaimer

You remain responsible for accuracy before pasting into an IEP or service log. The app is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Land Tech is not liable for lost on-device data if a device is lost and no export exists.
