Session Craft SLP is a local-first therapy-table helper for school Speech-Language Pathologists, published by Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. This policy applies to the Session Craft SLP iPhone, iPad, and Android apps. It is not the generic Land Tech website privacy policy.
What the app stores on your device
Alias labels you choose (for example Student A or Group 1), optional therapy target labels, trial tallies, Crisis Log tags, schedule blocks (room / group titles only), service duration / attendance flags you enter, SMART goal and PLAAFP drafts, and mixed-group plan text stay in the app’s on-device database. Session Craft does not create a Session Craft account and does not run a caseload server.
There is no “delete my account” control because there is no developer-hosted account. Settings → Delete all local data wipes aliases, sessions, trials, Crisis Log entries, schedule blocks, attendance flags, and drafts on this device. Subscriptions (if any are added later) are cancelled in your Apple Account or Google Play settings.
Zero-PII design
The product is designed so you do not enter student legal names, student IDs, dates of birth, school names, teacher names, Medicaid numbers, or evaluation notes that identify a child. Use aliases and room / group labels only. Schedule Import sanitizes titles before save; you review the preview. Land Tech does not receive alias labels, trial counts, blurbs, or schedule contents.
What we do not collect
Land Tech does not receive your alias roster, trial tallies, Crisis Log tags, schedule, Focus export text, goal drafts, backup files, or receipts. The apps do not send clinical session data to analytics or third-party advertising SDKs.
Clipboard and share sheet
When you tap Copy or Share, text or PDFs you generate (SOAP blurbs, Focus field blocks, goals, schedule CSV/JSON, full backup JSON, grading-period summaries) are placed on the system clipboard or system share sheet under your control. Pasting into district IEP software (for example Focus Special Student Services) is your action. Session Craft does not call Focus, Skyward, or other district APIs.
Full backup and restore
Settings → Export full backup creates a JSON file of on-device clinical data (aliases only — never designed for real student identity fields). You choose where to save or send that file via the system share sheet. Restore reads a file you pick with the system document picker, shows a preview, and replaces local data only after you confirm. Land Tech does not host or sync these files. This is not encrypted multi-device cloud backup.
Schedule Import
Importing a CSV or ICS file uses the system document picker. The file is read on this device only. Titles may be sanitized before you confirm save. Nothing is uploaded to Land Tech.
Purchases
If Session Craft Plus is offered later, it will be sold only through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. Apple and Google process payment. Session Craft does not take card numbers.
Optional app lock
Settings may offer an optional app lock (off by default). When enabled, Face ID, other biometrics, or your device passcode unlock Session Craft on this device. Biometric templates stay with the operating system; Session Craft does not receive fingerprint or face images. Canceling unlock returns you to the lock screen and does not send data off-device.
Children
Session Craft SLP is a clinician tool. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country). Do not enter a child’s real identity into the app.
