MainWP Terms

These terms apply to the MainWP iOS and Android companion published by Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. Related: Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

The app

MainWP on your phone lets you connect to a MainWP Dashboard you host and manage child sites through that Dashboard’s REST API. Land Tech does not host your Dashboard, your client sites, or your API keys. If you lose the phone, we cannot recover the token or the fleet data that lived only on that device.

You are responsible for the Dashboard you connect: its security, permalinks, plugins, and who has API keys. Use a MainWP API key with the least privilege you need. A read-only key can list sites; it cannot run updates.

Acceptable use

Connect only Dashboards you are authorized to manage.
Do not share a pairing link or API key in a public place.
Do not use the app to attack, scan, or access sites you do not control.
Follow applicable law and the terms of the WordPress sites you manage.

Third-party software

The Dashboard and Child plugins are products of MainWP. WordPress® is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. This companion is independent. Opening a child site in the system browser is subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

Purchases

The companion is free in this version. There is no in-app subscription. Website add-ons you buy on mainwp.com are not sold or unlocked inside this app.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Fleet actions (updates, sync, reconnect) depend on your Dashboard and the child sites. To the extent allowed by law, Land Tech is not liable for failed updates, downtime, or data loss on sites you manage through your own server.

Governing law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Florida. The proper venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, disconnect the Dashboard and delete the app.
